54th gathering: Our Lady of the Good Journey at the Hermitage of Sant Elm
*54th gathering: Our Lady of the Good Journey at the Hermitage of Sant Elm:
- At 10 a.m. Celebration of the Holy Mass, sung.
- At 12pm Audition of Sardanes with the La Principal de Banyoles couplet. Collaborates: local Agrupació Amics de la Sardana.
- At 14:00 Rice paella. The funds collected go to benefit the conservation of the Ermita. Ticket price: €10. Plate and cutlery must be brought along. Tickets can be purchased until October 7th at the Tourist Office, in l'Estanc (Av. Saragossa 72), at the La Guineu bookshop (c/ Capmany, 35), community center at l'Ermita (Saturday, October 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.). As it is considered a donation, no money back claims are accepted.
On the day of the Gathering, there will be bar service and sandwiches, both in the morning and in the afternoon.
- At 5 pm tortell pie, sweet wine and coffee. Raffle of a magnificent Quina.
- Followed by lively Dance by Xavier Músic.
There will be a free bus service. Departures from Plaça Monestir at 9am and 12pm. Return from the Hermitage of Sant Elm at 2pm and 7pm.
In case of bad weather after Holy Mass in Sant Elm, the party will be moved to the covered patio of l'Estació school.
