Exhibitions at Carmen Thyssen Space

Exhibitions at the Espai Carmen Thyssen until October 18.

-At the Monastery:

*Vincles. Cuixart talks with the Carmen Thyssen Collection (painting).

*Instants en el temps. Eulàlia Ramon (photography).

*Areté by Montserrat Lozano (ceramics).

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1:30 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm. Weekends and holidays from 11 am to 1:30 pm. Saturday afternoon from 5 pm to 8 pm. Sunday afternoon closed.

-In the Jardins del Monestir at Casa Blasco:

*Eco (sculpture) by Samuel Salcedo..Until October 18. Free.

*Passeig bora el mar (painting) by Rosa Agenjo. Until September 4. Free. Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

*Sinèrgies. Between creative languages. From September 10 to October 25. Free. Artistic exchange and creative synergies of painters, sculptors and plastic artists with roots in Barcelona and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. More than 20 artists in total. Opening: Thursday, September 10 at 6 p.m. With a performance by students from the School of Music.

Each of these associations will invite an artist. Among them we can find: Tom Carr with Anna Torres, Rosa Atzur, Mònica Reche, Gaietà Mestieri, Carme Miquel, Ariel Deboni, Mercè Pigem, Alex Arcones and Claudio Rojas, Manel Marzo-Mart, Ana María Gutiérrez, Carles Piqueras, Alberto de Udaeta, Suellen Roberts, Ana Solà, ValJep, Josep Miralles, Maria Solà, Toni Azorín, Matt Denegrevaught, Trevor Skinner and Andreu León.

In collaboration with the Estèsia group in Barcelona and the Aleph association in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, which bring together artists from various disciplines and creative languages. Through painting, sculpture, installation, music or video, each artist contributes their singular voice to a collective story where differences do not divide, but rather generate new connections.

Opening hours: Friday from 5pm to 7pm, Saturdays from 11am to 2pm and from 5pm to 7pm and Sundays and holidays from 11am to 2pm.
